Employment and Training

Bayaud offers multiple training opportunities that can lead to new employment. Training may include computer skills, resume or interview preparation, or individualized vocational skills training.

Other programs may offer training and credentialling opportunities that may include:

  • Flagger Certification
  • Forklift training
  • Serve Safe
  • CDL
  • GED 
  • College Courses
  • May cover costs for laptop/school, etc.

Job Preparation

Training and job development opportunities prepare constituents for transitional, temporary, or permanent jobs within Bayaud directly, through one of our social enterprises, or with one of our 100 plus employer-partners.  

In addition to placement in temporary or permanent jobs, some participants could be placed in a temporary work adjustment job and receive benefits counseling.
