Bayaud provides supportive housing stability services to currently housed individuals residing in affordable housing. Housing Navigators assist long-term, at-risk residents with mental, physical, or intellectual disabilities living in affordable, permanent supportive housing units.

Who Can Receive Services?
Anyone who meets all the following criteria:
1. Denver Resident
2. Person with a confirmed Intellectual and Developmental Disability (I/DD) or Person Seeking I/DD Designation
3. Experiencing any kind of housing insecurity
