Day Works

This program provides low-barrier employment services and day labor jobs for individuals experiencing homelessness. Typically, this is a 10-week program designed to assist individuals in obtaining and maintaining employment within the Denver Metropolitan area.  The program’s paid transitional work experience offers same day cash payment for six hours of work beautifying various parks, business districts, and other public rights of way in multiple local communities. Crews work 1-3 days per week, for up to 10 weeks.  During these 10 weeks, Employment Specialists and Case Managers assist participants to address employment hurdles and secure permanent jobs.
