Jobs for Adults With Hurdles To Employment

Bayaud has various employment programs  designed to assist adults in obtaining and maintaining employment at or above living wage. Every employment program offers job readiness and job interest assessments. Participants work with Employment Specialists (or Case Managers) on the creation of Individualized Plans For Employment (IPE), resume development, and “mock” interview training.  Bayaud employment programs can assist with transportation to and from interviews and to and from a new job for up to 90 days.  Job coaching is also available for participants during and after job placement up to 90 days.
