Bayaud possesses more than 50 years of experience building in-demand skills and connecting chronically unemployed or underemployed workers to quality jobs and on-the-job training including for people living with disabilities, people aged 50+ years, are Black, Indigenous, or people of color, are experiencing homelessness or are rebuilding from past incarceration or substance use disorders.

Bayaud’s own social enterprise ventures and programs offer employment opportunities for transitional jobs (day labor), temporary jobs, and permanent full- or part-time jobs for our participants.

  • Janitorial: General custodial cleaning and maintenance of common areas, restrooms, and conference rooms; trash and recycling collection, cleaning and stocking of multiple areas, machine cleaning of floors and dusting surfaces.
  • Navigator: Assists adults and families in applying for public benefits including Supplemental Security Income (SSI) and/or Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) by screening for eligibility, developing claims, and ensuring client compliance with associated forms and required examinations. Assist with navigating programs and services that will contribute to increased well-being.
  • Employment Specialist: Provide vocational assessments for career advancement plans along with facilitating pre-vocational and pre-employment individual and group services to identify job goals, job searches, job placement and post-job coaching.
  • Nursing Assistant: Provide quality patient care through the safe, timely transport of patients to the designated locations at the medical campus.
  • Mailroom Services: Process incoming and out-going mail for various federal sites.
  • Material Handler: General work receiving, storing, and assumbling materials for issue, shipment and distribution.
